Client Guidelines and Policies
1. Intake Form and Waiver
Please complete the client intake form online before your appointment. Note that your massage will not begin until the form is submitted, and the waiver is signed.
2. Cancellation Policy
To avoid a $25 cancellation fee, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur the fee, which will be applied to your next scheduled appointment. Please note: this policy applies only to individual massages. For corporate, event, group, or contract-based massages, please refer to the contract's 28-day cancellation clause.
3. Payment
Online payment is preferred for convenience, but in-person payment is also accepted if needed.
4. Professional Standards
This is a professional massage service. All services will adhere to Illinois state laws regarding massage therapy, including proper draping procedures. Any inappropriate behavior, requests, or advances that violate these laws or established massage ethics will result in the immediate termination of the session, with all fees forfeited. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
5. Client Comfort
You may request to stop the massage at any time if you feel discomfort or unwell.
